Frequently Asked Questions:


 We have 4 pick up locations: Archbold, Wauseon, Fayette and Napoleon.

At the time of checkout you will be able to choose if you would like to pickup your item(s) in person at one of our pickup locations or if you would like them to be shipped directly to you. Shipping cost will be calculated at time of checkout. If you choose a pick up location your items will be dropped off within 2-3 days and I will tag you in our Facebook vip group for your chosen location to let you know your item is ready for pick up.

   You will have 1 week to pick up your items from the time they are dropped off and you are tagged. After 1 week your items will be brought back to the store. I will hold on to them for 30 days after that time has passed I will resell your item if you choose not to pick it up. 

Return Policy: 

  I want you to love your Bella Rae items, if for any reason you do not, you can return your regular priced items within 7 days for an exchange or Bella Credit. All preorder items, swimwear and sale items are final sale. All holiday related items are non returnable after the holiday. An example would be returning Christmas theme pajamas days after the holiday where I’m in able to resell. If the purchase needs mailed buyer assumes payment to return unless a defect or sellers mistake is made in which seller will be responsible for return shipping cost. Once recieved a credit will be issued less the $7.50 cost of return shipping charges. All return items must be unwashed, unworn and free of any pet hair or smells included but not limited to cigarette smoke, perfume etc and have original tags still attached. 


When can I expect my item(s)?:

• For Item(s) chosen for pickup, you will receive a fulfillment email stating your item(s) have been bagged Then you will get tagged in a post on our Bella Rae Boutique Facebook page informing you that your order is ready at your chosen pick up location. If you haven’t joined the group yet the clickable link is on the main page by the reviews section. If your name on Facebook is different than your checkout name on Shopify please let me know that aswell. 

• For item(s) chosen for shipping, orders with standard shipping will usually be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping before 12 PM ET will be shipped within 1 day, if you need an order sooner send the business page a message. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times we are not responsible for orders lost in shipping. 

You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders.


Payment options :

We accept Cash on delivery for local pick up orders. Payment must be made within two days or order may be cancelled. Venmo payment is also offered since Shopify doesn't link to Venmo you will need to manually send the Venmo payment after you place your order, you will see instructions on the final page of checkout. Debit/Credit card and Bella Rae gift cards are also acceptable forms of payment. We offer payment flexible payment options such as Shop Pay that will split your total order into 4 low payments, please remember these flexible payment options charge retailer fees to use these great services so we have a minimum order of $50 that needs to be reached to utilize.
