Pickup/Shipping:

 We have 4 pickup locations: Pettisville, Archbold, Napoleon, and Fayette

At the time of checkout you will be able to choose if you would like to pickup your item(s) in person at one of our pickup locations or if you would like them to be shipped directly to you. Shipping cost will be calculated at time of checkout.


Return Policy: All sales are final sale, however if there is a defect with your item that I have overlooked please message me so I can replace. 

 


When can I expect my item(s)?:

• For Item(s) chosen for pickup, you will receive a fulfillment email stating your item(s) have been bagged and are at their correct locations ready for pickup. There will also be a tag post on Bella Rae Boutique Facebook page informing you that your order is ready.

• For item(s) chosen for shipping, orders with standard shipping will usually be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping before 12 PM ET will be shipped the same day. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.

You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders.
